The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, mere steps away from a beautiful church. Great cafes are within walking distance, and the lively tourist area is easily accessible. the rooms are immaculate and boast extremely hot water in the showers, making for an invigorating experience. Friendly staff members are always eager to help, and breakfasts are a treat. Visitors can look forward to breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace.
Noise pollution from the neighboring property's barking dogs can disturb the peace and quiet at night.

Great way to spend Christmas! the breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of options that even included cooked-to-order meals. the location was ideal and just a short walk away from all of the shops and restaurants. the rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the surrounding area and made for a perfect spot to relax.
Although the shower facilities were clean, the water temperature could be a hit or miss. It went from too hot to too cold quickly, which made for a somewhat frustrating experience at times.

We had a lovely stay in a colonial-style hotel. The rooftop terrace had an incredible view of the surrounding area, including a view of a mountain. The location was great, a few blocks from the center of the city, but still in a quiet area. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and taken care of.
The room had a faulty line and we couldn't confirm our reservation by phone, causing us some stress. , the white light used in the bedroom created a cold atmosphere when we would have preferred a warm and welcoming environment.

This hotel is simply amazing! Everything about this place is fantastic, from its clean and well-maintained facilities to the friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, close to the beautiful Merced church and all the major tourist areas in this city. Also, this hotel is situated in a quiet area of Antigua, which makes it a perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing stay. A special mention goes to the delicious breakfast which provided me with an excellent start for each day of my stay.
No negatives from this place. This hotel is a hidden gem that offers much more than its modest size may suggest.
